SANTIAGO CITY—Authorities on Monday (Sept. 12) seized illegally minimize lumber price about P900,000 after intercepting two vans from Santa Fe city in Nueva Vizcaya province.
Gwendolyn Bambalan, director of the Division of Setting and Pure Assets (DENR) in Cagayan Valley, stated 55 items of 983.39 board ft of narra valued at P492,000 had been present in one of many vans.
The DENR stated the opposite van, which tried to flee when flagged down, yielded 53 items of 804 board ft of narra flitches price P420,000.
