Kiwi Herb Salad with Pistachios and Orange Dressing

I like the mix of recent vegetables and fruit on this Kiwi Herb Salad with Pistachios and Orange Dressing—the candy, aromatic flesh of fruits juxtaposed towards the earthy, crisp greens and the crunch of pistachios. These uncooked components are off the charts within the antioxidant vitamin C, which is delicate and simply broken in cooking. And pistachios are wealthy in antioxidants, resembling lutein. Make some extent of placing one thing uncooked—crunchy, recent, and complete—in your menu day by day. Begin with this recipe, which is from my ebook, Plant-Powered for Life.
